White water safety and rescue is a stunning, interessting and great fun 2 days of training.
If your paddling on moving water, or want to be a leader or white water coach, you NEED this course. We cover the essentials of keepingyourself safe and saving others in the white water environent.

Over the two days of the course we have very little classroom time. Its on the water trying new ideas, gettign good at the basics and learning how to keep yourself safe, save yourself and others.
We are very lucky to have our centre based on the banks of the River Dee which is one of the best venues for runing this course. And that means we have zero travel time.
